Annie Berger, CMPC
Annie has been in your athlete's shoes. A lifelong competitor, former four-sport varsity high school athlete, dual-sport DI athlete, and sports parent, she knows firsthand what it takes to perform under pressure and what it feels like when your mind gets in the way.
She combines that experience with proven sports psychology tools and techniques to help athletes at every level break through mental barriers, compete with confidence, and rediscover their love of sport. If you're ready to unlock what you're truly capable of, Annie is ready to help you get there.

Whether you're a lifelong competitor or discovered sport later in life, it's never too late to train your mind with mental skills training. No matter your age and stage, your most confident, consistent, joyful competing is still ahead of you.
Teams & Organizations
Whether your team is struggling under pressure or you want to build a stronger, more cohesive culture, I can help your athletes develop a shared language and commitment to the mental side of the game.Â
My time with Annie was the best money I spent in all my years of playing recreational tennis. She helped me close the gap between my relaxed and confident practice play and my tight, discouraged match play.
And the best gift of all,
I love the game again.
