The commitment post went up. Signing day has come and gone. The likes and comments rolled in. But once the celebration died down, one question keeps creeping in:
Am I ready for what's next?
You’ve spent years training your body for this moment. Very few athletes spend that same time preparing for the mental demands of what comes next.
Committed is a mental performance training program built to help athletes handle pressure, compete with confidence, and navigate the transition to college athletics.
You've committed to your new team.
Now commit to showing up ready.
The Program
8 Sessions. 2 Phases.
Train your mindset with the same purpose and discipline you bring to your sport.
Phase 1
Before You Go
-
Four individual coaching sessions.
-
Reconnect with your why. Tap back into what you love about your sport and use that passion to drive your growth at the next level.
-
Get clear on who you are outside your sport. Knowing this makes you a stronger, more confident athlete.
-
Learn tools and strategies to build confidence, manage nerves, sharpen focus, and stay steady under pressure.
-
Create structure and accountability around your summer training. Routines that keep you motivated, consistent, and confident heading into on-campus fitness tests.
Phase 2
Once On Campus
-
Four virtual coaching sessions during your first semester.
-
Learn to apply your new tools and strategies as you begin training, competing, and finding your rhythm on campus.
-
Get support as you adjust to new routines, expectations, and independence away from home.
-
Unlimited text support between sessions. Whether you need a quick reset, a mindset boost, or just want to share a win when things start clicking.
-
Rely on your personalized workbook of prompts, tools, and exercises you can return to all season long.
About Your Coach
Annie Berger, CMPC
Annie has been exactly where your athlete is right now. A four-sport varsity athlete in high school, a dual-sport DI athlete in college, and still an active competitor herself, she knows firsthand how exciting and intimidating the transition to college athletics can be.
She combines that experience with proven sports psychology tools and techniques to help athletes break through mental barriers, compete with confidence, and hold onto what they love about their sport through it all.
If your athlete is ready to unlock what they are truly capable of at the next level, Annie is ready to help them get there.
- Master's in Sport and Performance Psychology
- Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC), Association for Applied Sport Psychology
Committed is for the athlete who:
- Has the talent and puts in the work, but knows the mental side is a piece they haven't trained yet.
- Is feeling the pressure and weight of starting over somewhere new.
- Is worried about balancing college athletics, academics, and still having time to enjoy the college experience along the way.
- Is open to exploring who they are outside their sport, so confidence doesn’t rise and fall with every performance.
- Is feeling at the top of their game and wants mental skills training to be the edge that takes their performance to the next level.
This is not a series of pep talks. Committed is a training program for your mind. Like any training program, it requires real work, dedication, and commitment.
For groups of 4+ teammates
BONUS OFFER:
Better Together
Included at no extra cost
When four or more teammates enroll in Committed together, they all receive an added layer of support during their transition to college athletics.
Once everyone is on campus, Annie will host a monthly group coaching session throughout their first semester.
The first few months of college can feel exciting, overwhelming, and isolating all at once. These sessions help teammates stay connected, support one another, and navigate the transition alongside people who truly understand what they’re experiencing.
Every athlete still receives their full 8 individual sessions. The group sessions are an added layer of support built around the team connection already there.
