The commitment post went up. Signing day has come and gone. The likes and comments rolled in. But once the celebration died down, one question keeps creeping in:
am I ready for what's next?
You've spent your whole athletic career being one of the best. College is where everyone starts over. And most athletes walk in without any real preparation for that shift.
Committed is an 8-session mental performance coaching program built to change that. Sessions start before you leave home and continue once you're on campus, plus you get unlimited text support the whole way through.
You've committed to your new team.

The Program
8 Sessions. 2 Phases.
Train your mindset with the same purpose and discipline you bring to your sport.
Phase 1
Before You Go
-
Four individual coaching sessions
-
Reconnect with your why. Tap back into what you love about your sport and use that passion to drive your growth at the next level.
-
Get clear on who you are outside your sport. Knowing this makes you a stronger, more confident athlete.
-
Learn tools and strategies to build confidence, manage nerves, sharpen focus, and stay steady under pressure.
-
Create structure and accountability around your summer training. Routines that keep you motivated, consistent, and confident heading into on-campus fitness tests.
Phase 2
Once On Campus
-
Four virtual coaching sessions during your first semester
-
Learn to apply your new tools and strategies as you begin training, competing, and finding your rhythm on campus.
-
Get support as you adjust to new routines, expectations, and independence away from home.
-
Unlimited text support between sessions. Whether you need a quick reset, a mindset boost, or just want to share a win when things start clicking.
-
Rely on your personalized workbook of prompts, tools, and exercises you can return to all season long.
Committed gives you the tools and strategies to compete with confidence, handle pressure, and keep your love of the game at the center of it all.
About Your Coach
Annie Berger, CMPC
Annie has been exactly where your athlete is right now. A four-sport varsity athlete in high school, a dual-sport DI athlete in college, and still an active competitor herself, she knows firsthand how exciting and intimidating the transition to college athletics can be.
She also knows how lost freshman athletes can feel, arriving on campus without the tools or support to navigate what comes next. Annie built Committed to change that. Athletes who work with her go into their freshman year with real sports psychology frameworks in place, so they can find their footing, compete with confidence, and figure out who they are beyond their sport too.
- Master's in Sport and Performance Psychology
- Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), Association for Applied Sport Psychology
Committed is designed for the athlete who:
- Has the talent and puts in the work, but knows the mental side is a piece they haven't trained yet.
- Gets in their own head, lets mistakes spiral, or is feeling the pressure and weight of starting over somewhere new.
- Is worried about juggling the demands of college athletics and academics, and still finding time to have some fun along the way.
- Is ready to figure out who they are outside their sport, because athletes who know that compete more freely and handle the hard moments with more clarity.
- Is feeling at the top of their game and wants mental skills training to be the edge that takes their performance to the next level.
This is not a series of pep talks. This is a training program for your mind. Like any training program, it requires real work, dedication, and commitment.
For groups of 4+ teammates
BONUS OFFER:
Better Together
Included at no extra cost
When four or more high school or club teammates enroll in Committed together, something special gets added. Once everyone is on campus, Annie will run a monthly group coaching session throughout the first semester for the whole crew.
College is exciting. It can also feel isolating, especially in those first few months when everything is new and your whole support system is suddenly somewhere else. These sessions keep teammates connected to each other while they each build something new where they are.
Every athlete still receives their full 8 individual sessions. The group sessions are a bonus, built for the team dynamic that already exists between them.

Most athletes walk into this transition without any real preparation for what it actually feels like. Committed changes that.
You've spent years being one of the best, but college is where everyone starts over. The athletes who thrive aren't the ones who walk in pretending that doesn't feel hard. They're the ones who prepare for it.
You've spent years training your sport and your body for this moment. Don't let summer pass without training your mind too.
