- Feel the pressure that can come from teammates, competitors, ratings/levels, expectations, or the social dynamics that often accompany adult sport.

Mental skills aren't built in a single session. Mental Game Essentials begins with two weekly sessions to build momentum, followed by two more sessions held every other week. Each session builds on the last, helping you turn your new mental skills into lasting habits.
How Mindset Training Works
Mental performance coaching isn't about positive thinking or pep talks. It's structured, personalized skill-building rooted in sport psychology frameworks and theory.
Over the course of six weeks and four one-on-one sessions, you will:
- Gain a deeper understanding of how you think, feel, and perform under pressure.
- Identify your mental strengths and learn how to lean into them during competition.
- Build a personalized toolkit of mental skills and strategies that may include self-talk, routines, visualization, emotion regulation, focus techniques, and breath work.
- Learn how to apply those skills during your training and competition.
We wouldn't expect an athlete to be strong without ever going to the gym, or skilled without ever practicing. The mental game is no different.
Mental Game Essentials teaches you the mental skills you need, so when the pressure is on, your mind is primed to help your body perform.
