Sessions are 45-50 minutes in an office setting. You can expect a supportive environment where we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and develop tailored strategies to enhance your mental performance.
For athletes who are in season, or are traveling for their sport, we can make sessions shorter or change the location as needed. Email annie@matchmindset.com to discuss scheduling issues.
One of the great things about mental performance coaching is how individual it is to each client. Should we decide together that on-court (or on-field!) sessions may be more beneficial, we will make adjustments to our schedule as needed.
