About this event
Performing at your best starts long before competition.
What athletes do consistently shapes how they perform when it matters: how they train, how they fuel, and how they prepare mentally.
The Performance Edge: Mind. Body. Fuel. brings these three areas together in an interactive workshop for athletes of all ages and levels. Hear from experts in each area and walk away with practical strategies you can immediately apply to your training and competition.
$25 per athlete. 100% of ticket proceeds benefit STEER for Student Athletes.
